Carlos is a Staff Data Scientist at OP Labs where he develops AI agent systems to scale onchain research. Previously he supported clients across the crypto space (L1s, Protocols, and L2s) as a research economist/data scientist at Flipside Crypto. Before entering crypto with his launch of a decentralized bonds primitive on Ethereum, he supported federal government clients in public health at PwC Public Sector/Guidehouse.
